FFS film is a flat polyethylene film distributed in reels and optimized for heavy automated packing machines.
FFS films have proven to be a great replacement of sack packaging. It is mainly a packageless system which has replaced the traditional packaging approach in which trays were used. A single packaging machine gets the job done for Forming, Filling and Sealing and it runs automatically. FFS film is mainly used to automatically fill almost 2800 bags in one hour.

Printing: Flexo printing is possible to print until 10 colors for flat film , until 4 colors for tubing or gusseted tubing.
Raw Material:, LDPE, MDPE or laminated film material and color options We can extrude coex layered films.
Dimensions: Width; Requested length is possible between 350- 850 mm
Length; Requested length is possible
Thickness: Production can be made with a minimum of 100 microns.
Perforation: Embossing or microperforation (pinhole perforation) can be applied if requested.
